Bill has been with Westminster since 2002. He served pastorates in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Midland, Texas, prior to his arrival at Westminster. Bill graduated from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, with a bachelor's degree in religion and philosophy. He holds a master's of divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary. Bill's immediate family includes wife Jill, two sons, and one daughter. He enjoys watching his children play baseball, soccer, and basketball; coaching when he can; reading history, biographies, and good fiction; watching movies; and traveling. |

Karen, who joined Westminster last in 2008, holds bachelor's and master's degrees in education from the University of Oklahoma and was a teacher for ten years. Karen worked as a professional freelance musician before being called to seminary. She holds a master's of divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. She enjoys reading, movies, golf, and music. |

Kitt began her work with Westminster's Day School in 1981, when she was hired to teach toddlers and 3-year-olds. She holds a degree in child development from The University of Texas at Austin, and has further training in brain research and sensory integration issues. Kitt also has a director's certificate with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Kitt is married to Glenn Richter, a professor of music and an associate director of the UT Butler School of Music. The couple has two children; Zachary, who is an attorney, and Kathleen, a senior academic counselor at UT. The Richters, who belong to Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, live in the Westlake area and enjoy gardening, bridge, and living in the country. |
