Who We Are
Presbyterian Women (PW) is a group of 315 supportive, caring and fantastically unique women at Westminster. We are a part of the larger PW organization, which is an independent group of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and aim to:

• Nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study
• Support the mission of the church worldwide
• Work for justice and peace
• Build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and witnesses to the promise of God's kingdom.

PW Events & Activities

• Annual Fall Gathering – Kicks off the year with food, fellowship, skits, guest speaker
• Annual Christmas Luncheon – A time to celebrate the season with food, fellowship, service projects and caroling
• Annual PW Retreat – A half-day spiritually-enriching workshop with keynote speaker and lunch
• Annual Spring Fiesta – A festive way to wrap up the year with food, fellowship, guest speaker, slide show, announcements and recognition of the incoming/current PW board
• PW Socials – Meetings at restaurants, movies, museums and other venues purely for fun!
• PW Interfaith Hospitality Network Dinners – Four times a year, we provide dinner for our guest homeless families one night during their stay.
• PW Women's Small Circle Groups – A more intimate setting for monthly fellowship and bible study

Special Offerings

• Birthday Offering – Received in the spring and supports global PW projects
• Thank Offering – Received during Advent supports health ministries
• Least Coin Offering – Received at monthly circle meetings supports CWU's mission of peace & justice

How Do I Get Involved?
If you are a woman at Westminster, then you are a Presbyterian Woman! There are many ways to participate whether it is by attending one of our four annual fellowship events, our smaller monthly circle groups for Bible study and fellowship or simply by developing meaningful and supportive relationships with other women at Westminster. Contact our PW Board Moderator Julie Schriber or one of the circle leaders (contact information below). Attendance and participation is free and flexible.
